Introductory Consultation

This includes a corporate review to ensure you are up to date on all requirements both local and card scheme related
We next review your technical payment flow in two settings:
 1) Customer experience- analyzing the customers experience from signup to cancellation  
2) Management experience- does your team have all the data they need?  Is the current gateway being maximized?  
Then we take a look at the risk associated
Risk Review:  a Thorough review of the companies processing history for the past several months
Commercial review- this is don’t to ensure you are not overpaying, underpaying or even as complex as creating  R.O.I. for each transaction processed
